Exhibitions

CHIPMUNK exhibitions bring exciting contemporary art to rural communities. Shows are accessible to all and typically include works found within the HUMANS + ART Print Archive. In some instances, exhibitions may also be coupled with supplemental educational materials, installations, or artist editions that are offered to help generate financial support for our collaborating artists and future projects.

01 ARGENTINA

Our first exhibition is a tribute to our roots and our deep connection with Argentina and Latin American artists. The works on view, were selected from the Honeycomb Arts collection, and are representative of over a decade of creative collaborations between Honeycomb Arts and Argentine creators. Among the pieces are early works by artists who have since risen to global prominence. This inaugural show offers a brief glimpse into the vibrant contemporary and street art community found in Argentina during the early 2000s.

RE/COLLECTION is an artist residency that combines local history with contemporary art. This exhibition is a presentation of the participants, their concepts and experience with the historical documentation, and the finished artwork which was inspired by local history.
